Kendall has over 20 years of Specialty Insurance experience in Product Management and Underwriting.  Kendall joined Aegis in 2016 as Product Manager for Aegis’s personal lines property products.  His focus is on expanding the product lines, systems and market share for the manufactured housing and dwelling fire/homeowners lines of business.

Kendall came to Aegis from Great American Insurance where he was responsible for product management and underwriting audits for the Property and Inland Marine Division.  Prior to Great American Kendall worked at American Modern Insurance Group for over 16 years as a Product Manager and Underwriter where he oversaw the profitable growth in American Modern’s manufactured home, dwelling fire/homeowners and financial institution products.  Kendall is experienced in building relationships within multiple channels of distribution including general agent, independent agent, specialty agent, dealer, manufacturers and lenders.

Kendall holds a Property and Casualty insurance license from the state of Ohio.  He obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Advertising from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University.  Kendall resides in Cincinnati with his wife and two children.

Renee has over 20 years of specialty insurance experience in both Product Management and Claims. Renee joined Aegis in 2017 as a Product Manager for personal lines property products. Her focus is on expanding the product appetite, systems, and ultimately the market share for our manufactured housing line of business. Renee came to Aegis from ePremium Insurance where she was Vice President of Operations for the company. Prior to ePremium, Renee worked at American Modern Insurance Group for over 14 years as a Product Manager and Claims Adjuster overseeing profitable growth in American Modern’s manufactured home, renters, and financial institution products. Renee is experienced in building relationships within multiple channels of distribution including general agent, independent agent, specialty agent, dealer, manufacturers, and lenders. Renee holds several insurance designations. She obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Management from the Carl H. Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati.

Renee resides in Cincinnati with her husband and two children.

Jacqueline joined Aegis General Insurance Agency in September 2019. Having 10 years in the insurance industry, she began her career as a District Office Manager. After assisting and providing seamless support for the agencies, she later obtained her Property and Casualty license. Jacqueline has spent the last six years as a Customer Account Manager for a captive agency. She has developed an excellent reputation for maximizing sales, improving customer experience and driving operational improvements. Jacqueline is committed to providing excellence and building strong consumer relationships. Jacqueline, a graduate of Cardinal Stritch University, obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She resides in Burlington, WI with her husband and three children.

Brandon joined Aegis General in October, 2014 as our Pennsylvania Marketing Representative. Shortly thereafter, Brandon successfully obtained his Property & Casualty license, was promoted to Senior Marketing Representative, and is now managing our distribution in the Northeast region of the country. Prior to joining Aegis, Brandon worked in customer service and later as a Trade Show Coordinator with Woodstream, a Pennsylvania-based manufacturing company.

With his background in customer service and extensive knowledge on conducting successful trade shows, With 9 years of experience at Aegis, Brandon has been a valuable addition to the Aegis Marketing team. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University. He currently resides in Harrisburg, PA with his wife and son.

Twila joined Aegis General Insurance Agency in February of 2019. She started her insurance career over 25 years ago as a policy typist with an E&S broker in Springfield, MO. Her career soon grew into a commercial lines underwriter role and she started making agency visits to existing partners. Since 2007, she has traveled a three-state region visiting independent agencies; developing new relationships and strengthening existing relationships. Twila believes in building relationships that are a “win-win” for both parties; providing agents access to the right markets and coverages, while meeting growth and premium goals.

Twila grew up in rural Missouri but currently resides in Springfield; appreciating the unique needs of independent agents in both markets. She is a member of the KIA/1752 Club and a long-standing participant at events sponsored by the MAIA, KAIA, PIA of Kansas, IIAAR, and PIA of Arkansas. Her advocacy on behalf of independent agencies makes her a valuable addition to the Aegis marketing team.

Dan joined Aegis General Insurance Agency in August of 2019 as the Marketing Representative for the Southwest Territory. Dan began his career over 25 years ago, underwriting personal line business at Farmers Insurance. Dan then went to work for American Reliable Insurance Company, marketing specialty lines products for 15 years. He helped launched a suite of products in Arizona for King Insurance, a wholesaler based in California. Most recently, Dan was a marketing representative for Western Mutual Insurance, promoting their Homeowners product to mortgage professionals across Arizona. Dan was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ where attended school and currently lives with his wife of 28 years and their teenage daughter. Dan is a licensed P&C agent who knows the southwest market as well as anyone. He is highly respected in the insurance community, making him a valuable addition to our marketing team.

Andrew joined the Aegis General Insurance Agency Marketing Team in early 2017, shortly after earning his Property and Casualty producer’s license. Prior to graduating from the University of Cincinnati in Spring ’16, Andrew worked with the AGIA marketing team as an intern. In this role, Andrew connected with agents both over the phone and in person; onboarding, appointing, and activating them with Aegis. Andrew’s passion for networking and relationship building makes him a great asset to the marketing team.

Andrew has previous experience in the insurance industry working as an intern in Customer Operations at American Modern Insurance Group. He managed to balance his workload with his studies all while playing collegiate lacrosse for two years. Andrew currently resides in Charleston, WV.

Kelly joined the Aegis General Insurance Agency Marketing Team in August 2021. She graduated from the University of Mississippi in December 2020 where she obtained a Bachelor of Science with a major in Integrated Marketing Communications, a minor in General Business and a specialization in social media. While in college, Kelly had a social media internship with a local business that quickly turned into her holding the position of Social Media Marketing Manager. During her time in this role, Kelly’s passion for marketing grew tremendously. She was able to balance her workload with her studies and managed to complete her degree a semester early while earning a position on the Chancellor’s Honor Roll. Kelly currently resides in Oxford, MS and is in the process of obtaining her Property and Casualty license.

Rachel joined Aegis General Insurance Agency’s Marketing Team in June 2022. Her interest in the insurance world began in high school, when she worked as an Executive Assistant for RPM Insurance. Here, she also found a love for marketing and communications when she was promoted to the Head of Social Media and Online Marketing. Rachel earned an AA in Communications from Glendale Community College in 2016, and then moved from Arizona to Northern California in pursuit of her bachelor’s degree. She earned her BA in Art and Art History from California State University, Chico, in 2018. While at CSUC, Rachel served as an ambassador to the Arts and Humanities College, as well as captain to the cheer squad. In both roles, she coordinated events between the University and local businesses, spoke at conventions, oversaw media events, and published several writing pieces.

After graduating with honors, she returned to the desert in search of a new career path and began teaching 2nd grade. While she loved her four years educating children, Rachel decided it was time to return to the insurance industry. In her free time, Rachel can be found painting murals, exploring farmers markets, or traveling to new places.

Julia resides in Buckeye, AZ with her daughter and son. She attended Arizona State University where she graduated summa cum laude with a BA in English Literature in May of 2019. During her studies, she worked in retail as a Floor Leader while also contributing to social media management and talent acquisition.

After graduating, Julia obtained a position as Subject Expert Teacher. She taught 6th grade English and organized a newspaper club for four years before deciding to look for a position that allowed for more time with her children. Julia joined Aegis General Insurance Agency’s Marketing Team in November of 2022.

From a young age, Tyler has shown great interest and aptitude in the arts. Pursuing his passion, Tyler attended Lock Haven University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in graphic and online design. While attending, Tyler worked as a student employee in the Sloan Fine Arts Center, where his duties consisted of prepping art shows for visiting artists and printing his fellow students’ graphic design projects. During his time at ‘The Haven’, Tyler enhanced his knowledge of advanced techniques of art and design. Upon graduation in May 2018, Tyler accepted a summer internship with Aegis, assisting various departments.

At the conclusion of his internship, Tyler was offered a full-time position in the Marketing Department and is eager to create inspired designs for the Aegis General Insurance Agency marketing team.

Amy joined Aegis General Insurance Agency’s Marketing Team in November 2022. Prior to working in the insurance industry, she worked in customer service more than for 15 years. She has worked in both the retail and service side of customer service. Amy has received numerous awards for her communication skills and desire to help customers. She was born and raised in Hamilton, Ohio where she still resides with her two teenage daughters. When she is not working, Amy is cheering on her daughters at their sporting events. She enjoys traveling to new places and trying new things.
